Really Slow Lately

So, is everyone out repotting for spring? I can't remember traffic being this slow since I joined. I've also noticed that, despite the fact that I bought a digital camera specifically to post pictures on the show and tell gallery and get feedback, I can hardly get any comments. Now just in case someone out there desparately wants to comment, but doesn't want to hurt my feelings - don't worry about it. As long as the feedback contains some constructive criticism, it can be as brutal as you deem necessary. I'm trying to learn and I can't improve my trees if no one is willing to tell me what is wrong (and/or right) with them.

I am sure you'll find that patience is the single most important "tool" you can have for bonsai.

BTW, you posted your boxwood in the wrong forum & Walter Pall is on holiday/workshop.

Regards,

Matt

Yeah - sorry about that. It was my first post. I tried to move it. I thought I had successfully deleted it out of the ask the expert area. As for patience...I'm learning it as fast as I can ;-)

Hey Jeff,
I know what you mean about getting the feedback. I have posted stuff, and sometimes it has sat here a week or more, then all of a sudden I get six or more replies on the thread. I think the biggest reason that someone (including myself) chooses not to reply on some threads, is that I simply lack a requisite amount of expertise to be giving advice on a particular subject. So often I will wait for someone with more experience to give the first comment, and then I add in my "cheap cents" worth.
