Quick Question
I have a few trees that I have planted in the ground (for obvious reasons) I have 4 maples 2 of them are japanese and the others are just the local variety, not sure which. I also have a Russian Olive in the ground that is growing uncontrollably. The trunks are about 1 inch in diameter, not nearly what I want them to be.
So here is my question, should I be trimming any branches at this point, or just them grow? My back fence area is getting a bit cramped. |

The longer you let them go wild the faster they will thicken up.
