Out of dormancy
My son saw one of my pre-bonsai outside a few weeks ago and thought that he should bring it inside. I'm not quite sure how I missed it for so long. I now have a tree out of dormancy and I need advice. Anyways, I live in Iowa and it is still very cold. My tree is a weeping willow that is only one year old. It has leaves on it and everything now. Currently, I have it in a South facing window, but I know that isn't nearly enough light.
Any suggestions? |

If it is alive, limp it through until nights are above freezing, then inch it outside into full sun over long period of time, or when the rest of its bretheren start budding out, defoliate and stick it out in full sun.
