Old Mister Crow
|
New to the Forum "Who are These Clowns?"
Hello everyone,
It's always interesting to be able to match faces with the characters on this board. It can really give one a new perspective on things. I mean, who ever would have thought that Al Keppler was a voluptuous 28-year-old Italian actress with a predilection for high leather boots? I always figured he must be some mean old bastard from Fresno. But live and learn. So anyway, I thought it would be fun to start a thread where people may, if they wish, post a picture of themselves. In the interest of being a good sport, I'll begin. Here's where I spent my first couple of nights after coming home from a bonsai show with a trunkload of trees. I don't understand why the Old Missus was so upset. Sure our hot water heater went out, but Sears sells those things all year around. We'll get a new one next payday. Whereas there's only a couple of chances a year to actually get good stock at a show... Best regards, Old Mister Crow

I'll bite.
This is me fearlessly defending my bag of Funyuns during a camping trip/bonsai hunt at a local freshwater spring run. Certainly not the best picture of me as I was half lit and in mid scarf, but I also wanted to show the lush backdrop of elms, maples, pine, and cypress I was emmersed in. I had planned on sharing the pictures of the collecting. But, trust me, once I saw the picutres back at home, there was nothing done by three enebriated individuals with shovels, picks saws, and a camera that needed to be saved for posterity.
