Mystery tree, second year, no ID ...yet
Any ideas what this tree might be? Last year the leaves were serrated, but not this year. Last year there were no flowers, but there are this year.
Any ideas?

It looks a little like a fringetree which is native to eastern US. Is your tree deciduous?
