Huh? My Austrian black pine needs a look

Hi guys I am pretty new to pines, this is my first fall/winter with them. Anyway my austrian black pines needles have turned yellow all of a sudden. We had a cold snap (below 20 degrees) then today it is 60 degrees out. Is this a sign my pine is toast, or is this somthing they do.

Help please

Rich

This is kind of normal for a lot of conifers. My Pines, some of them, look like a banana farm.

At this point the only thing you can do anyway is to make sure the tree is in a sheltered area out of the wind for the winter. Other than that don't try fertilizing or any other thing you might think of you will just be working against yourself.
