i was wondering how or if you can rotate a picture manually in paint? the pre set angle option are not delicate enough.

I am fairly sure that it is not possible to specify rotation angles other than the options listed (e.g., 45, 90, etc.).

Regards,
Mark

I don't have much experience with virtuals but i'm trying to learn. I immediately saw too many drawbacks to MS paint. I just purchased Adobe photoshop CS. It is incredible! I don't believe I will ever be able to utilize it to its full potential.

Wish I new of a better "free" alternative. Maybe someone else will.

Regards,
Mark

The Gimp is a photoshop-like program originally developed for Linux and now available for Windows as well.

Many professionals consider it to be as good as or even better than Photoshop. I use it for virtuals and other photo-editing tasks.

With my best regards,
Carl

Carl is spot on with this one...I have been using Photoshop for many years, and if I had to make a choice of a program to use instead it would definately be Gimp...free or not...there just is no better free program available IMHO...it may take a bit of effort to learn to use it but believe me it is worth the time spent...a very powerful graphic editor...

Behr

I was turned onto Gimp as well. Great program with ALL the features! Also I think it was someone here as well, mentioned Oriens Enhancer Gold. Another great free program!

By the reccomendation of Carl, I downloaded Gimp quite a while back. I did, however, give up attempting to learn how to use the program because the "Help" instructions would not work. I do not know if it was a download failure or something else, but they do not show up when I try to open them.
