bonsaiTALK Hint: Did you know you can double click any bonsai term on this page for its definition?

I realize you have to have something other than the Reader. I guess my question is what was gained by converting it to a PDFas opposed to just saving it as an HTML document?

I don't know what I'm looking for here.
I guess I just find using a Browser as a way to organize links to be very inadequate. I don't know of any better way either.

Just my rant............
I'm mean, what do you get? You create a folder or sub-folder and plop it into it. You can rename it if you want and that's about it. A given web site could and probably is multiple things to you but can't be similarily cross referenced. Pretty soon you just end up with too many to deal with.

HTML files have to have a folder full of images associated with them. PDF's are saved in toto as a single file. Less clutter. And you can e-mail the whole thing as a single unit.

Shoot, I didn't even think about that.
It just so happens that I was recently forced to do a bit of housecleaning on my hard drive. In part because I needed to make room for a large (70MB) HTML file. I imagine converting it would have shrunk it considerably. No?
So what did I get rid of? A PDF converting program that I had downloaded for trial but had never gotton around to trying.
Oh well. Getting Adobe programs just aren't in my budget either.
