Recently with the rapid expansion of our membership, there have been a number of uploads of poor photographs and inappropriate subject matter to the
bonsaiTALK Gallery.
Remember, the
bonsaiTALK Gallery is intended for display of our best work. If you want suggestions on material in training, post it here in the
bonsaiTALK Forum, in
Show & Tell, or some other appropriate part of the forum.
The following material is not acceptable in the
bonsaiTALK Gallery although they are acceptable in the
Forum:
- Trees in growing boxes and nursery containers
- Multiple views of the same tree (especially multiple angles)
- Living room shots (cluttered with non-bonsai paraphernalia)
- Out-of-focus / poorly lit photographs**
*Photos of the Members' growing areas, Members Pictures, kids, Accent Plantings and Suiseki may be uploaded to the corresponding areas of the Gallery designated for that subject matter.
**This is subjective but use your own judgment.
