I've had this link under my favorites for a long time, and decided to show it to you guys after I stumbled upon it today. Since its in Japanese, It will be hard to navigate, so for your convenience.. I did a little translating for you.

When I was in Toyohashi, Japan, I had the benefit of trying a special soup delicacy made from a certain mushroom that grows only at the base of a particular type of red pine.
