Question Indoor Ground Cover Plants

G'day all,

Strenuosly searching hi'n'low for ground covering plants with really small foliage for INDOOR various Ficus varieties.

Am in the practice of using Ficus pumila, on some trees of a certain size and that works with great success as far as I am concerned, but is there, IS THERE something else that might be used and applied?

If you know it please tell me about it.

Nigel

I, too, would be interested in an answer to this question! I have been totally unsuccessful in finding any ground cover that will grow indoor. I have just gone to different kinds of gravel or small rock. I wonder if the reason is that all the good looking ground cover I know of requires tons of direct sunlight and much water...and neither requirement can be met indoors.

G'day Earl,

For use with larger indoor trees, the Ficus pumila is an extremely accomodating ground creeper, a rather good green and there is also a more temperamental variegated form, have tried this but not so successful.
