Honeysuckle?

Out of curiosity, has any else tried this plant before? I've personally been quite pleased with mine. It buds profusely, giving a nice selection, and grows vigorously. It has nice small leaves as well. Only problem I've had so far is that it scars very easily from wiring, the bark is thin and easily damaged on the younger areas. Anyways, yeah, so if you own any honeysuckle bonsai, what do you think of the plant and do you have any tips?

Art,
Great that you found a type of tree that suits you. I have used the Japanese Honey and the so called Cape honeysuckle, had decent results with these two. What exactly are you using, Art?

Re: Honeysuckle?

Sorry it took me so long to respond; had to go and find the little bit of plastic that comes with the plant giving its name and whatnot. The plant I'm training is a "Silver Beauty" honeysuckle, or Lonicera nitida 'Silver Beauty'. The leaves are roughly comparable in size and shape to those of a Serissa.
