Yes its an oak ! Quercus robur.

You can see the tree in comparison to two persons when you open Quercus robur 5 on the left side of the non-conifer subside.

There you can see how big the leaves are now.

The dimension of the leaves depends on how much soil and vertilizer,
how much water it gets and how strong you cut the ..... ( i dont know how to say now)that are in the ground.
