I was wondering if anyone could assist me in finding an article that I once read on this site...
It was more of a story then a factual article about an aged old man and his apprentice working on thier own bonsai side by side... Every once in a while the old man would tell the kid to LISTEN ... so the kid would listen to everything around him from the airplane above to the lawnmower down to block. Finaly after hearing the master say LISTEN to many times the kid snaps and asks what is he to listen for? The master then unveils his reasons in a bunch of questions that all come to a point with a good message for anyone when pruning/shaping or whatever the two where doing with thier trees... I am quite certain I have read that story on this page but if not if anyone could point me in a direction to find more stories like that one I would be greatly appreciated... Thanks |
