Opinion help

i bought a bonsi tree at walmart it is suppose to be 3 years old it is really dry and very brittle what do i do this is my first one ever and dont know how to car for it please help

Well I have always been told that when a juniper goes all brown and brittle it is a lost cause. But not to worry, if you have had the tree less than a month or 2 it is not your doing that killed it. Don't buy another one of those little walmart junips, just a waste of money 99% of the time.

thanks but it isnt all brown just a bit but it is very brittle

It's 99% gone, and there's very little you can do at this point to change it. The problem is usually watering much to often, but not knowing more it's hard to say. Don't stress over this one, it's too late, but do some reading and choose whether you want to grow something indoors (tropicals) or out, which would be hardy, more native trees.
