Do you have a special meal to go with it? You know, like barbeque? In the US, nothing is better than a sizzling pile of grilled meat and potato salad to celebrate our Independence. Joanie

It is tradition on the Independence Day to do family tours in Israel, especially to nature and parks, and of course a barbeque is a must, usually accompanied with green salad (fresh vegetables), hummus (chickpea dish) and tehina (sesame paste). Today my family had calibrated at my eldest daughter place, barbequed "tons" of meat, salads and of course beer…
