Ground layer Aggitation
Well I've had a ground layer going on a siberian Elm for the last 8 weeks.
I decided to do a little digging to check the progress. i found nothing but callous connecting the upper portion to the lower undesireable roots. I've cleaned off the callous and basically repotted the tree, cutting lower on the trunk hoping some more distance will help my efforts. I also attached a loop of wire below the cut site. maybe once the callous reaches it will be forced to actually form roots. Cord Oh I did use root horomone, incase anyone is curious. |
