Can you trunk chop a Ginko safely? And if so, what is the best time?

G'day Duartix,

YEP, Attached are two pics of one that I started, last September was the first chop [pic with foliage] November was second chop at time of repotting, and since then I removed the lesser branch and reduced the height.

My house is in a turmoil at present, but should be able to post pics later on this week, the progress is excellent, with lots of new growth.

Regards,
Nigel
