flowering serrisa

just a few minutes ago i found out that one of my serrisa's has just flowered. The weird thing is that i watered it this morning and didnt even notice. Ive had the serrisa for only three months and that has been very stressful for it. one, changing its position which has made it lose its leaves at least 3 times. and another time i forgot to water my tropicals for 5 days and ended up almost losing my other serrisa, losing an austrailian fern and puting my natel plum under quite a bit of stress but my other tropicals are 2 maybe three times bigger than these so they were fine.

Ok I'll be the first - How the H#&L, did you forget to water for 5 days.

At least there wasn't too much loss. Pretty cool too, I have had verigated varieties for a while and never any blossoms, only the snow rose, and the trumpet shaped flowers. Those buds hide easily, and open quickly.

Ok , I can still remember those days lol, my soils even for my trop/subtrops is reallyfree draining, so I visit them daily, sometimes a soaking, other days just the spray bottle. Most of them bounce back pretty well.

Good Luck.
