Fertilizer for olive tree

I will be very happy if I could get some help about my new olive bonsai.

I recently acquired my first olive bonsai. I know a bit about olive trees but I am really new to bonsai.

Normally, I should use a
N-12 P-36 K-0
N-0 P-0 K-42

fertilizers for common olive trees during the winter. However, I was not able to find these products on bonsai sites such as dallasbonsai.com.

Is there any alternative recipe for fertilizers that work for you on olive bonsai and do you know any site that can provide these fertilizers?

I live in NYC so I plan to keep my tree indoors. But good news is I have a window that takes a lot of sunshine during the day.

Thanks.

Thumbs up Olive food

Here in Western Australia I find that they are not fussy.
If you want to push them we do it at least once per fortnight. I use organic and inorganic high in nitrogen in spring
the in autumn ( fall ) i use a low nitro feed as in tomato fert.
I hope you get some more answers from where you are as our growing conditions vary a great deal from yours. I hope this helps you in some way though. Pup
