Jonny and anyone else interested.

Paypal has been around for years. It was recently purchased by EBAY and is their main source of online payments.

I have been using Paypal both to receive and send funds. It is easy... fast... and to my knowledge extremely secure.

There is no charge or expense for the person sending the funds. You can just go to their site and sign up with Paypal... they accept many types of accounts... credit card etc.

I believe that at the beginning, Paypal was only a USA system, but it has been growing... I'm fairly sure the UK is now 'online' with Paypal.

Is that the info you were looking for?

As Jay pointed out, The Donations link is up - in the upper right to be exact! I've included some details in the "Learn More" link just beneath the "Make a Donation" button. There is also a physical address included in that Learn More link that you can mail a personal check to if you'd prefer not to use the online transaction method by PayPal.

Thanks for the interest!

Regards,

Matt

I really like this way of supporting the forum. Although I have been here a relativlely short amount of time, the information I have found here has been very valuable to me and I"m willing to contribute any way I can!! Using Paypal is a great idea.

I have wondered for a long time how i could make a contribution. I did not consider mail order form the US to the UK a viable option but with this Pay Pal systems it is so easy. I am sure this will increase contributions and help keeping this fabulous site running for the foreseeable future.

All the best

Mike

I tried that Pay Pal thing. It would not let me make a contribution.
Will send a check as soon as I find out that Pay Pal for sure did not accept the 10 or so times I did try.
I do like this forum but, not that much ;o)

As a long time lurker and occasional poster, I paypal'ed right away.

The forum has been great and generally is much more friendly than some other online forums.
