Donation Time is Here

Greetings.... from time to time one of us 'old timers' (been here for a while) remind everyone that... there isn't any free lunch'. Matt supplies this wonderful place and we all have fun and LEARN and share ideas and.....Well the list goes on.

The site costs him personally money to run. Numerous individuals have donated from time to time.....It is now time for you to think about 'belly up to the bar time'.

Every Dollar helps, some can afford more.. some less, but it is easy to do. Perhaps $5.00 can be found but $15 to $25 is a nicer number. Look for the 'DONATE' button on the top right of this page...do it..it will feel good and you to will be part of the helping family that keeps this site going!!!

my 2 cents....and then some

I just donated again, and was so happy to do it! This forum is better than any magazine or book, because of the interaction. I was away for the weekend and felt very strange not checking up on the new posts every day.

Thank you, Matt, for bringing all of these voices and thoughts and pictures into our homes whenever we want them. The opportunities that we get in this forum for good, solid advice and also many laughs just can't be replaced anywhere else.

A big, standing round of applause!!

What? You mean we can donate here?

My donation for the contest will put donations in the top three winners names and as usual, I'll be sending in a personal donation as well.

Yup....Will...(AKA short timer) is going to Donate in the name of the top finishers in the contest, and he is one of the more generous to donate in his own name.

You too can donate, there are hundreds (perhaps thousands) of members who stop by and gain knowledge without any strings attached......How about sending in a few bucks...it all adds up......

My ante, deal me in

Just made my first donation last night.
Since becoming interested (my wife would claim obsessed) in bonsai I have purchased 3 books for information. But daily I log on to this sight and learn something new from the posts of everyone here.
Thanks for the great sight and making me feel welcome!

By the way Jay,
I visited Mill Brook Bonsai this past weekend.
It's a good thing they only take cash.
(I emptied my pockets)

Always Learning,
Patrick
