Curious...this seems to be the same tree (32781), in an image taken in Sept. 2003. I also photographed the identifying plaques to help with later identification.

It is a great collection and display.

John you probably have the right of it... I might be confusing the plaques around in all the pics. Because I did photo several of the plaques as well. I would trust your word for it before my own. I was a bit on the euphoric side at the time. lol

Yes, thank goodness for digital...that was three pics for each tree! (one tree and two ID/history plaques!)

The entire collection of pics is on it's way to Redpine... he has kindly offered to post the balance of the pics for me which is about another 40 trees. He being the pic guru I think he can make them look better than I have. So stayed tuned in a few days there will be more to come.
