Cement Pots Rocks?
i have a top heavy rock that i don't want to do a base cut. so i guess i'll make a wire frame around the base and put fiber glass mesh over that and then cement it. also i want to make cement pots that resemble rocks or cliffs any tips on that or suggestions for the cement base for my top heavy rock planting?

I don't know how big your rock is and if it would need to be reinforced at all. I have made rocks from expanded metal and stucco with some cement coloring dusted over the top. If the planting's small (under 12") you probably wouldn't need a lot of reinforcement in your non-freezing climate there in Florida, maybe just a loop or two of baling wire.
You could also take a look at the HOW TO article on hypertufa planters on the bonsaiTALK homepage. I think that could work really well for you. Regards, Matt
