Camellieas

Has anyone had or got a camelliea bonsai??ive heard of them done but never seen one and has anyone got any info on them eg.how long do they take to flower from seed,best way to prune etc.

This is Joe Day's CAmellia. He lives in Mobile, Alabama. this is the most impressive camellia that I have ever seen.

In the south camellias are held like roses somehwere else. Here Joe Day's bush.

Wow! That first tree is absolutely magnificent. I've never thought of it as bonsai.
