C-note Burning A Hole

The mission is simple. What would you rather spend your Franklin on? You have been given $100.00 as gift for your birthday to spend on your hobby. There are many choices to spend them on, and it will be interesting to see how everyone chooses.

Have fun, Al Keppler

Just did it after Christmas!

Placed an order for a large, collected, texas ebony from south Texas. (with shipping, will be probably close to $200, but I think that's within your point.)

Never seen any T.E.s but nursery trees in my area. I have two of these and love them, and they have been doing well for me.

Time to take the next step.

My standard answer for this would be 2 days of workshops with Chase Rosade (who is within 40 minutes), but that has made it into the budget!

You know my answer to this one Al, because I've already asked you to make me a stand, but you have some excuse about 'work' or something...

Regards,

Fish.

If I had a "Franklin", I would change it at the bank, which would get me about £52.00. With that I would buy a 20" oval shallow pot, a tub of cut paste and about half a mile of 1mm ali wire.

No, wait, I did that already...

Regards,

TB

I pick Walter for a day. For a C note I'd be throwing the mahi tuna and strips on the grille. Complimented by a nice Rothchild and of course some cognac and a cuban cigar for desert. Still a bargain basement price.

and a cuban cigar

The Feds are already on the way to your house. Wrap up those cuban cigars and send them to me, or you'll be doing some hard time!

Please don't risk Walter's being arrested. That would be a terrible loss.
