BTO Journal Problems

Has anyone who is a current subscriber to BTO Journal experienced problems with the system suddenly refusing to accept a previously accepted password? I have not been able to access the site for weeks now, and Andy has not returned any emails regarding this problem. I logged on this morning and tried without success to gain entrance again. Now an email contact for Andy has been removed as well. I used to like the site, but it certainly seems to be going downhill. I think it is time to request a refund. If you read this, Andy, I need to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone else who has experienced similiar access denied problems.

Gary

Mine seems to be working. What message do you see when you try to access a subscriber article? It's in a password protected realm, so you should get a popup asking for a username and password. Then you would be either redirected to the article or to an error/subscriber page.

Regards,

Matt

Matt,

It has simply discontinued accepting my password...the same password that it accepted the night before. I can't seem to get anybody's attention at that site in order to inquire about the problem. I emailed Andy once from an address provided there, but this morning even that seems to have been removed. And, yes, I paid my subscription in January...for what good it did me.

I was just wondering if access problems were widespread or if it was simply my problem. If anyone knows how to contact Andy, I would appreciate a PM.

Many thanks.

Gary
