Borad problem with IE6

Hi,

I have recently switched to Windows XP and IE6 on my computer, and now I cannot seem to stay logged in in the forum. I can log in, but if I click on a link I'm a guest again. Some configuration problem on my part perhaps ??

Hi Rene, Congrats on the upgrade.

Yes, this is a known problem. *IE6 has been adapted to not accept the login cookie because the board appears in a frame. *Please read the message that appears when you click LOGIN.

The solution is simply to bookmark and login from here:

Which is the direct link to the forum frame.

Sorry for the inconvenience. BTW, I have found XP to be much more stable than Win98 had been.

Thanks for the reply. It's working fine now. My Windows 2000 workstation crashed on me a week ago, and since I had to reinstall it anyway I decided to use XP. W2000 was stable too, but XP sure boots a LOT faster.
