Bonsaial buys more trees

Can you believe it.. just when I say I'm not going to buy any more stock, I find two beautys that I can't live without. I was stumbling through an old nursery in Fresno when I came across a rosemary plant and a kingsville boxwood that I could not pass up. The rosemary is not that spectacular but I was inspired at Matt's Midori show, of the rosemary done in the driftwood style, and I wanted to try to duplicate it. Now.. the boxwood is very nice. i was inspired to try to duplicate a tree that I saw at the Bay Area Shohin show this month. It was a very nice tree. Mine will take about one season to reach the level of this tree that I am posting. It is the tree that I saw at the show. I will post my before pic in a few days and a pic after I prune it.

Al: If you sucsesfully reproduce this tree I want the second one that you do. I can under stand how you feel. The only time that I have seen trees of this quality was when Mas Iszumi sold them at the Golden state show four years ago. Maby this is one of his come back to be shown by a new owner.
