Hi,

I don't I just use one that came with the pc,what I do is any and every tree, pot, rock etc.. I see and like I save the file to "my pictures" and then use the my pictures slide show as my screen saver. This I really enjoy watching, every few seconds a different tree is displayed.

At the moment I have the first planting in this thread:

http://forum.bonsaitalk.com/showthr...71&page=1&pp=10

I love it.

I wonder if there is any demand for a wallpaper package or section or something on bonsaiTALK, featuring the bonsai shown and shared on here?

Wallpaper of the month, voted on by members or something.

Or maybe not, if there is no interest.

I'd be happy to help in badging up the photos with bT logos etc.

Regards,

Chris.

On both my work and my home computer I have a tree done by Grampz.

I believe it was a contest entry of his a couple years ago here. I love this tree... The illusion this tanuki creates is marvelous to me...

Regards,

Have not got a tree ready or worthy of using as a background yet, so I am using an image found on the web of a Cedar I enjoy looking at very much.
I like Treebeard's idea of a package featuring members trees or something along those lines. It could provide inspiration and a sence of community to us all

I have a pic of a tree from nature(don't know the species) but I absolutely adore it. I wish i could find it again to post a pic but I didnot save the file, I just set it as my background.

Interestingly enough I use the same tree that Ms. Vic uses but a different photo of the tree...I use the photo [attached] that was entered in the contest as my final entry photo...

It is extremely flattering, although I do find it rather ironic, that of those responding to this thread three, including myself, are using my trees, yet I really do not feel I have trees that qualify for posting in the gallery...Perhaps I should re-think this...

Thanks Mr. Chris and Ms. Vic for making my day...

Regards
Behr
