Blueberry ash flowers

This is the first flowering of this tree since digging it up from my fathers garden in 2004.
The flowers are about 1cm in diameter and a light pink. I am hoping that some blueberries form after the flowering.

Whole tree

MacInOakRidge,

Here are pics of the front and back. It has a long way to go before it goes into a Bonsai pot.

Because its a temperate climate tree the growing season here is short so progress is slow.

It could be Antonio,

I still have a few areas of concerns with the leaf size and the tranition into a pot.

Also the pot colour. The new leaf growth is red. The flowers are light pink and the fruits are pendulas blue/purple berries.

These colours are leaning me towards a cream glazed pot.

peter without any experience in this species im assuming that those leaves can still come down a bit especially once in a shallower pot. otherwise your other choice is to grow and design as a bigger tree. pot wise you might wanna check out a pat kennedy hand made pot, flat glaze, rustic with creamy, grey and burnt earthy tones melting into each other.
