Bonsai nare-do-well

Hate to admit it but I am luckier than most that do demos. So far I have been able to take my own stock to these things.
They have been prepped to for the rigors that befall them. The root work has been done, they are healthy and ready to go. I can usually rip them up and they stand a GOOD chance of surviving. Even if I screw up. Not only do I know the specie but I am personally acquainted with the tree. Most "artists" do not have this luxury. They are stuck with what is there when they show up. Sometimes that makes them a better "artist" I do not envy them though.Their work is much harder than mine. |
