Maybe its easier to search with f.i. google on a treesname without spiecies and at the word bonsai to it. For example: "juniperus bonsai" You'll find the different spiecies per tree, that others use for bonsai, and therefore you can answer your own question. Wessel |

FWIW, I'm working with CHAMAECYPARIS pisifera Squarrosa and find it cooperative, but I haven't gone beyond devloping trunk with it. I guess they can be quite shaggy.
