The Bikie Dude on telly was Tim Vivoda at A-Z Bonsai Starters near Monbulk VIC
Grows alot of cheap field grown trees.

I am trying to start a bonsai group in Tully, in Far North Queensland. Things happen a little slowly up here.

Cyclone larry has made people a little wary of investing time into something that could quite literally be blown away.

However has anyone visted the Bonsai house at the Mt Coottha Botanical Gardens in Brisbane? Apparently they have about 5000 bonsai.

They only display about 100 at a time, so you never know what you;re going to get.

Absolutely anmazing when I went. Loved it.

How do you compensate for the plants growing upside down? Put straps on the pots?

We glue leaves on the root system and then place them upside down. You should see the nebari we get.

Baloc, would have probably one of the Better ranges of Bonsai in Melbourne in Terms of advanced and large trees.
