I have a largish podocarpus at the front of my house and the top three feet are scheduled to be chopped. I would like to try and salvage the top by air layering it.
I live in zone 9 (Central Flodrida). Would it be okay to start the process now and let it root over the winter? Are there any specifics about this tree I should know before moving forward with it? Thanks for you time. Ed |
