If you haven't already had a gander, Walter has some really great trees in his gallery and blog that follow more a "natural path" along with some that adhere to the "bonsai standards".

Thanks for the link. There are some really nice trees there. I’ll enjoy looking at them today because it’s still raining and I still have 3.6 metre lengths of timber all over my dining room floor waiting to be made into display benches!
