Exclamation 2005 Fall Styling Contest!!!

Gday all!

Just a little note to remind the good folk here that entries for the 2005 Fall Styling Contest close at midnight, Monday October 31st, 2005 (US Pacific time). At the time of posting this message, there have been 24 entries approved. I'm surprised there aren't more entries from the Southern Hemisphere given that this is a great time of year for styling many species.

Just look at that Prize Pool!!!

As the Ad says, you've got to be in it to win it!

May the best tree win!

Bzzzzzzzzzzz.

Gday folks!

So... Only 25 entries, eh? And I notice that both mkonig and dbz12fan - numbers 1 and 2 respectively in the last Contest - are absent. I guess that this means the good people of bonsaiTALK are happy for the 1st Prize in the 2005 Fall Contest to be taken by a Steve Irwin talk-alike (me). Crikey!

Enter now and spare me all the unwanted adulation and notoriety - I really don't need it!

Bzzzzzzzzzzz.

I have nicknamed Steve Irwin the "a** master"---do you notice how often he points out animal butts, "Look at the cute little bum on this one..."? UGH.

LOL as tempting as it is... I'm not going to comment on that one. See you in the chatroom Skippy

All the best,

Aaron

Hi Bri
Not absent - just quietly waiting in the wings to see what's happening and still looking for a good piece of stock. There really is nothing on the shelves around here so it may have to be a token effort.

Gday Mike! Glad to hear that you're entering - token effort or otherwise. (I wish that TreeBeard was still around to make a Tolkien effort...)

The Reigning Champion is back to defend the Title!!!

(Anybody else ready to give Mike and me a run for our money? Where's Charles Bevan?)

Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Where's the 2004 winner? Old Mister Crow has been away, I hope he makes it back to enter.

Send a message via AIM to dbz12fan
I noticed there was a contest about four days after it was too late to post an entry. Maybe next time .
