I have a juniper that I inherited. I would like to cut off a branch that looks like it could make a decent bonsai on its own. Is it possible to cut that branch off and plant it? If it is possible what is the best method to do this? Will my branch grow roots
Any advise would be helpful. Thank you.Amy |

Juniper isn't the easiest cutting to root. It can be done but bottom heat and mist are almost mandatory. You'd probably be better off beginning with something easy like an elm! They practically root themselves.
Regards Matt
