starting Japanese white & black pine from seed

I just bought several packets of seeds, including Japanese Black Pine, 5-Needle White Pine, and Japanese Red Pine. They require 60-90 days stratification, which puts me into July before I can sow them. I live in NW Oregon (I think it's zone . Is that too late in the season for me to plant these recently-stratified seeds?
