They come in different colors and I've never seen white. The kind we have around here are light green. *Get some insecticidal soap from the nursery and follow the directions on the lable. Tony

They are a white gooey type of thing and we used neem oil with success. Washing off with water as Denny suggested is a good first step. __________________ Regards, Ed
