bonsaiTALK Hint: Did you know you can double click any bonsai term on this page for its definition?

Anyone with a true passion for bonsai has killed more than that in their early days.

LOL Poots,

If the bonsai police ever catch up with me, I will be on trial for arboreal genocide.

Thanks pootsie, give me a break its early days yet, there are 2 under threat at this very moment, Bob I take on board what you say, I simply didnt ask!! figuring I could id them myself using the books I have and the web. I managed it with the serresia ok but the other ( chinese elm does not look like anything in my books).

I have discovered a local bonsai club which only meets once a month for one hour but I will attend the next meeting (June) dont know if I have the courage to take my two specimens along, I hate all that tarring and feathering business.

Thank you all for your attention and kindness towards a beginner

Ray

Ray, in my own experience, no tarring&feathering happens at clubs.
That stuff is reserved for online discussions
