Junipers and dormancy
I have just picked up a small juniper tree but I am not sure how important this dormancy period is. I live in Minnesota so outside is probable a little too severe. Is there any info about this on this or someother website or can someone give me a bit of help with this?
Thanks TKA |

Re: Junipers and dormancy
There's a post about 6 lines down called " Too Cold?!?" I think that will answer most of your questions.

Re: Junipers and dormancy
Thanks Tony,
Sounds like I should keep it in the garage until march and then keep it out of the wind when it is outside. Next year I can leave it outside all winter as long as it is sheltered and the ground stays at 10 degrees or warmer. TKA |
