Can anybody tell me if it is normal for a Japanese Larch to go brown and shed its foliage at this time of year (aug/sept) in the South East of England? I know it is deciduous, but this seems very quick. I bought it a couple of months ago from a supposedly reputable seller and have been keeping it in a sunny spot together with my other Bonsai (assortment) which are all doing well.
Thanks for any replies! ![]() |

I think it's way too early for shedding.
You may want to check the roots by lifting it out of the container. Regards, Attila |
