Uncertain as to what you are asking. Do you want to make a bonsai like the picture, or you have the bonsai in the picture and want to know what to do with it?

You need to go to the book store or library and do some reading to get a grasp of the art, how it is done and with what kind of material. Your questions are too vague to give you any kind of rational reply other than go to a nursery and buy a bunch of trees and make bonsai out of them.

Please don't think I am trying to be flippant, but do you have any books on bonsai? How many of them have you read? If you do not this is where you should start. You are asking questions of a group from all parts of the world where growing conditions are different, and even growing seasons. There are a lot of things to consider and a lot things you should know before you go out and spend a lot of money for trees you have no idea of what to do with them. Do you plan on growing indoors or outdoors?

Why are you making this difficult, you did not answer my question about bonsai books. I agree doing is better than reading, but if you are trying to learn how to fly an airplane-----? Have you read any bonsai books?

Apparently you can go to wsbonsai.com (not pushing their site... but that pic is their copyright) and buy this one.

When I first started bonsai I acualy read no books lol. I did a lot of online research though. I would recommend you do this, it is free, and a good way to get ahold of some good knowledge
. They main things you need to learn are, soil/repoting, watering, feeding, wireing, and basic pruning for the type of tree you want. Try starting here...http://www.bonsai4me.com/ http://evergreengardenworks.com/ http://www.evergreengardenworks.com/forests.htm And this is a good video site .http://www.bonsaifarm.tv/content/category/4/13/37/ - Misspeled_Name
