I have a bonsai tree, which I think is some sort of pine. It recently has been losing its' needles. I noticed that new growth has not been growing. I need help fast.

Re: dying tree need help
Hi Karon,
95% of the needle evergreens sold as bonsai in malls and retailers are Chinese Juniper. You can see a few bonsai of this type in the TreeBay gallery by Clicking here Pines have longer, distinct needles. Here are some examples from the Gallery. In any case, whether it is in fact a pine or juniper, the cultural needs are in fact very similar. The most common mistakes beginners make are:[*]trying to grow these trees indoors[*]improper watering You can find some more information in the FAQ here about proper watering, or visit the TreeBay.com site and see the For Beginners section. Regards, Matt
