Dwarf Olive

I just acquired a 7 year old Dwarf Olive. I have read some fast and dirty care sheets on it, but was wondering if thre was someone out there who has some experience with these trees. Best time to prune? To water? What type of fertilizer (i.e - high iron? mang? nitro), lighting issues? Can they be wired? I have seen advice that the answer is "no." Just curious.....
