Hi.
In the last few days we had the warmest day of the year in the city. Temperatures reached 41º C (106º F), which is quite above normal. I remember temperatures reaching this high here in Lisbon just 2 or 3 times in my life. In a couple of days temperatures decreased to their normal values. I have an azalea that suffered a bit with this peak and a few of its flowers withered. Some beginner questions: Should I remove them? How should I remove them? Thanks,

Just cut the flower stems with shears leaving a a short section of stem. The little stub will dry out and fall off in a few days.
