I believe he has written a huge volume on bonsai. The problem was, if I recall, finding a publisher for such a big work on a subject with a very targeted audience.

A year or so ago, I mentioned the possibility of web printers like cafepress that can print and bind only the quantity ordered by the end user. There are other places that will publish to order on an as-ordered basis. Or there is the possibility of e-publishing.

Maybe we will have a chance to read that book, yet!
