I found this book in a second hand book shop. Does anyone know anything about, eg if it is rare etc.

It is out of print, but I don't think it has quite reached the RARE category yet, probably still at "collectible" (I have it too)
There is one up at Amazon.com used for $40, so I would say it is holding its value well. It's a nice book Regards, Matt
