Lightbulb Teaching video

Mark, The Royal Horticultural Society production "Bonsai" a 'two four production' tf55023 is really excellent starring three English Bonsai Masters Harry Tomlinson, Dan Barton and Colin Lewis. I don't know if it is available on DVD but i use it as a supplement when i run classes. It is slick, fast moving and one that i watch again for inspiration in teaching. Kind Regards Ash

Mark,
Arthur Skolnik has a DVD called "The Growing Art of Bonsai" that is excellent. You can purchase it at most bonsai retail outlets. I'm sure you can find one at www.nebonsai.com. Andy Smith of Golden Arrow Bonsai also has two DVD's available on his web site, one about collecting wild trees, and another called "Finding the Bonsai Within". It is about wiring techniques on Ponderosa Pines and working with [styling] difficult trees. Contact Andy at www.goldenarrowbonsai.com. Good luck.

Not a DVD but it is free for the downloading. Pretty good syllabus as far as I am concerned.
